Who We Are
Lindsay Eason, BA
Lindsay has always been focused on the environment. After seeing first hand the effects of bleaching on the Great Barrier Reef in her early 20’s, she knew education around climate change and conservation was where she would dedicate her career. After delivering several programs about water conservation, waste reduction and a new pesticide bylaw in BC’s interior, she realized that there was a huge opportunity to consult with the private and public sector. Lindsay was the vice president of GreenStep Solutions until December 2016, and spent eight years working with business clients to design and implement comprehensive strategies and action plans and delivering environmental programs for local government that raise awareness, change behaviours and meet local government targets. She has also taught university level courses at Okanagan College and North Island College related to Sustainable Business and Sustainable Tourism. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology with a Biology minor from UBC Okanagan (2007).
